Oregon Coast Trip

I started my Oregon coast trip May 12, 2016 and got back home May 19.
I spent the evenings in the following towns:

• day 1 - Eureka
• day 2 - Crescent City
• day 3 - Banon
• day 4 - Reedsport
• day 5 - Seaside
• day 6 - Albany
• day 7 - Grants Pass

Day 1 - Highway 16	I started out going up I5 and then cutting over to 16 at Woodland. This is a small state park just before 16 hits 20.
Day 1 - Clear Lake	I got on 20 and passed through Clear Lake.
Day 1 - Avenue of the Giants	I got to 101 and continued up to the Avenue of the Giants state park.

Day 1 - Eureka Harbor	I got to the coast at Eureka where I stayed for the night.
Day 2 - Eureka Wetlands	The next morning I went to a wetlands trail, just south of the town.
Day 2 - Eureka Sequoia Park	Eureka has an amazing town park that I stopped at.

Day 2 - Stone Lagoon	I bought a sandwich in Trinidad and ate it on a park bench by Stone Lagoon.

Day 2 - Crescent City Light House	I visited the lighthouse at Crescent City. There is a narrow path to the lighthouse that is only open during low tide. I almost missed the opening comming back.

Day 5 - Reedsport	I stayed in Reedsport on the 4th night. This is a wetlands just North of Reedsport that I visited the next morning.

Day 5 - Golden And Silver Falls State Nature Area	I drove up the Coos River from Coos Bay to this nature area. The last part of the drive was on dirt road and than the walk to the falls was maybe a mile, but it was worth it.

Day 6 - Salem	I crossed over the Columbia, hit I5, crossed back over the Columbia, and went through Portland on my way back. I stopped at Salem, then continued south. I spent one night in Albany, another night in Grants Pass and then arrived home late the 8th day.
