Sequoia and Kings Canyon Trip

In May of 2019 my sister and her husband came out to California. From June 2 to June 8 we took a trip down highway 49 and then to Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks.

Sun Rise at Wuksachi Lodge	We checked out of Wuksachi Lodge the next morning.

Moro Rock	Moro rock is a huge granite out-cropping that we climbed up. I'd been in the park quite a few times and never realized it was here. We had to take a bus from the main road to the trail head.

Descent Into King's Canyon	We then back-tracked North and exited Sequoia Park directly into the adjoining King's Canyon Park. It is a long discent until you reach the South fork of the King's River.

Cedar Grove Lodge	We stayed at the lodge for 2 nights. The lodge sits right by the King's River.
